As a pupil of the Practice School, you will have one of the students as your main teachers. The sessions are under the guidance of experienced teachers, however.
Tuition takes place on the following days:
- Cello: Monday at 3pm to 5pm
- Violin: Wednesday at 3pm to 5pm
- Piano: Monday at 3pm to 6pm
- Voice: Monday at 3.30pm to 6pm
- Voice: Monday at 4.30pm to 7.30pm
As a practice pupil, you will have a set weekly session. There might also be a larger group session as part of this, or instead of it. It is important therefore that you, as a practice pupil, are available for the entire period of your instrument. As a practice pupil, you will also have to be prepared to have both the student and teacher listening to your session. They are there to learn, just as you are.
Tuition in the Practice School currently costs 1500 NOK per term. If you accept a post at the Practice School, it is expected that you will attend and be prepared for every session, and for other projects during the term as well. The term fee has to be paid in its entirety, even if you wish to leave during the term for any reason.
